Executive Secretary


The Executive Secretary is responsible for organizing all activities for C Level Executives. A few of the main duties of the executive secretary are organizing necessary meetings, planning events, maintaining a long-term schedule, and managing the executives' phone calls.

Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 /hour

What You’ll Do

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

  • Filter and prioritize client visits or phone calls, and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. Perform minor accounting duties.

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

  • Maintain vendor relationships, perform human resource functions and maintain employee records and files.

  • General office manager duties including ordering office materials and supplies. Also, must feel comfortable with traveling.
